ALTERNATIVE ENERGY CONFERENCE
Is there an alternative to an actual meal?

Okay so, I don’t eat breakfast or lunch. But I do feel hungry throughout the school day. I don’t mind, but the feeling of hunger is not pleasant. I also hate the concern from people when they hear my stomach “voice its complaints”. My teacher, a mother of 4, has already taken my under her wing I guess (she says I remind her of her first born) and has already talked to my mom about it during a P/T conference. It was the worst feeling in the world considering that I tell my mom that I eat fine at school. But I need something to replace a meal. Maybe a pill or a bar that I can eat? Like an energy bar. Something that will keep me satisfied until I can get home and have a real meal. Preferably something small that I can keep in my backpack and then sneak into the library (thats where I spend my lunches). Just lemmie know.

Protein bars will do the trick! or try fiber one bars! Both are really good, keep ya full, and are healthy enough to be meal replacements. Peanut butter crackers are also good meal replacements.
