Quantum Energy (SCIO)?
Help.
I have recently considered investing in a SCIO (Bio Energetic Device) that was developed by a physisit Dr.Nelson who now resides in Hungary. He had a run in with the FDA in America and had to move his business.
This is quite an investment for me and as this is considered an alternative theorpy. I am concerned about the authenticity of this device. Please if you can give me any advice or information on the matter I would greatly apreciate it.
