What fast food to eat before a soccer game?

I have a soccer game 1 hour after school Monday. I cannot go home or bring the food with me so the alternative is fast food.There is a MC Donald’s right by my school. What should I eat for energy??? There was this magazine my coach gave me and it told me what i should eat-but i lost it and can not find it. Thanks so much. please site your source or how you know that what you suggest will work for me. If it helps, i am a female and a high school freshman.

I’m also in high school and captain of my schools soccer team. My coach informed me that it’s best to eat like pasta, noddles, etc.. but you just don’t have time. So if your at McDonald’s eat light but enough because you don’t want to play on a heavy stomach or become hungry. So when I go with a couple of teammates we drink POWERade/Fruitopia and eat the Premium Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken with Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. You might need something sweet also (not to much just enough to evenly go through your blood stream and not cause a sugar rush) so try the Fruit ‘n Yogurt Parfait (7 oz) without granola pieces. This gives you 560 calories and a great balanced meal before a game.
