What are the best Alternative/Green Energy funds?

I was wondering if you could recommend any top performing Green Energy funds.

It is just a tad early in the life cycle to determine whether any of them are going to be any good or not. There are a few index funds available. You might give them a consideration. PBD Powershare Global Clean Energy etf, GEX Market Vectors Global Alternate Energy etf, KWT Market Vectors Solar Energy etf, ICLN IShares Global Clean Energy etf, TAN Claymore Global Solar etf, FAN First Trust Global Wind Energy etf, PWND Powershares Global Wind Energy etf, PBW Powershares Wilder Clean Energy etf. They are very popular these days. It will be interesting to see how popular they are in three years. The 2 Powershares funds have the largest capitalization. A few of the others are not too popular.
