What will the U.S. do about clean energy?
Why don’t we add a tax that funds the construction of clean energy sources, like solar panels? We could put this tax on a number of goods. A bill like this one would have a direct effect, no waiting for consumers to start making the right choices (which may never happen). Is there something I’m missing, or should this already be happening? Or is it already happening somewhere in the U.S.?
This is about foreign oil dependency, not global warming. This is about our economy and how we’re throwing away money when we can make the energy in the back yard.
Possibly harness Algore and all the hot air he spews. That would be a step in the right direction.
