Will the US and World be more or less dependant on Uranium in the future? Should we invest in exploration?
Cleaner energy and less dependancy on fossil fuels, as well as minimizing Global warming and greenhouse emission effects?
Cold Fusion will pave the way for clean, efficient, and abundant energy. It was until recently thought to be impossible as it was theorized to produce more energy that it consumed. However, a device was just tested that successfully gave birth to modern day, real life cold fusion. The test apparatus, of course is barbaric and far from anything you’d label efficient. The point is, of course, the concept and theory is sound and its known reactors of substantial size will produce as much as ten times the energy they consume.
We will depend on heavy water, not uranium.
