Representative candidates pitch values to crowd
The Meet the Candidates forum last week featured candidates for House District 40 in the Wyoming Legislature, but only the incumbent, Rep. Mike Madden, appeared in person. The other two candidates, Laura DeMetteis and Joe St. Pierre, were represented by surrogates who read prepared statements.
